An Introduction to Buddhist Meditation
In this brief clip, Lama Jampa explains the purpose of Buddhist meditation: realisation of the fundamental nature of mind itself. Our classes provide the first step on the path to understanding reality and gaining inner freedom.
You do not need to be a Buddhist or have had any previous experience of meditation to attend one of our classes.
Our introductory classes comprise two short sessions of a simple meditation technique for calming the mind. The method is fully explained by an experienced instructor and there is plenty of time to ask questions.
